Deciding to teach group fitness classes from home has been quite a journey for me as a busy mom of four and a dedicated nurse. With over 17 years of teaching experience, fitness is not just a hobby; it’s a deep-seated passion that I can't bear to give up. Balancing the demands of motherhood and my nursing career often leaves little room for personal aspirations, but I have a gift to share. Teaching these classes allows me to stay present for my children while also bringing immense joy to my life.


Fitness has always been a source of empowerment for me, and I find fulfillment in helping others discover their strength and confidence. By creating a welcoming space at home, I can inspire others to get started or continue on their wellness journeys while bringing a sense of community. This flexibility not only enriches my life but also positively impacts the lives of those I teach, making it a win-win situation for both me and my participants.
