Here is a break down of the workout :

1. **Squat to Press**

- **How to do it**: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Lower into a squat, then as you rise, press weights (or your arms) overhead.

2. **Push-Ups**

- **How to do it**: Start in a plank position, hands shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground, then push back up.

3. **Lunge with Twist**

- **How to do it**: Step forward into a lunge with your right foot. As you lower, twist your torso to the right. Repeat on left.

4. **Plank to Side Plank**

- **How to do it**: Start in a plank position. Shift your weight to one arm and rotate your body to the side, raising the other arm overhead into a side plank. Return to plank and switch sides.
