🩷As women in midlife, we often spend decades taking care of everyone else while putting ourselves last.


😭We criticize our changing bodies, compare ourselves to younger versions of ourselves, and wonder if our best years are behind us.


🙋‍♀️I’m here to tell you they are not.


👏Your 40s, 50s, and beyond can become your strongest, healthiest, and most peaceful years. Not because you’re trying to become someone new—🩷but because you’re finally becoming the woman you were always meant to be.


✅For the next 21 days, I challenge you to move your body, nourish it with simple foods, and transform your mindset. This challenge isn’t about perfection. It’s about proving to yourself that you can keep promises to yourself.

👉The 21-Day Worthy Challenge

Daily Movement

  • 100 Squats

  • 100 Sit-Ups (or modified crunches if needed)

  • 100 Lunges (each leg)

  • 100 Push-Ups (modify on knees or against a wall if needed)

  • 30-Minute Walk

💪Complete the repetitions however you need. Break them into smaller sets throughout the day if necessary. Progress is more important than perfection.

🙏Daily Mindset

Spend one minute repeating each affirmation. Set a timer and repeat each one.

  • I am worthy.

  • I am healthy.

  • I am loved.

  • I am peace.

  • I am abundant.

  • I am strong.

  • I am enough.

  • I am becoming the best version of myself.

🫶The words you speak to yourself matter. Replace criticism with encouragement and watch your confidence begin to grow.

🫘Daily Nutrition Focus

Keep it simple. Eat these foods every single day….

  • 1–2 cups of beans

  • 1 apple

  • 1 pear

  • 1/2-1c oats

    (the theme is ⬆️ fiber intake and working on improving gut health naturally)

  • Plenty of water


  • Build the rest of your meals around lean protein, colorful vegetables, healthy fats, and whole foods.


This isn’t about restriction. It’s about fueling your body with foods that help you feel energized and satisfied.
