Woohooo!!

God and time has told me I need to be home.

I found myself crying during my workout this week thinking in my head I will never teach again. I have been teaching for almost 20 years…. It’s in my spirit. I never feel more alive than I do when I am teaching a class to my fabulous clients who are mainly my friends now.

Now that things are not lining up to teach outside the home I will try once again to do this at home.
