💪Midlife Strong: This Is the Week We Stay on Track❤️
Updated: Sep 8
🔥There is something powerful about deciding that now is the time.
Not when life gets less busy. Not when you lose the weight. Not when you feel more motivated. Not when everything finally falls into place.
Now.
🎉This week, I want to keep things simple. No complicated meal plans. No hours in the gym. No trying to completely reinvent ourselves overnight.
Just a week of showing up.
🙋♀️I’ve put together a simple meal plan that you can repeat throughout the week and a workout plan for each day. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is to have a plan that makes healthy choices easier.
😎Because in midlife, I think we sometimes make things much harder than they need to be.
We don’t need another extreme diet. We don’t need to punish ourselves with workouts. We don’t need to start over every Monday.
We need consistency.
We need movement that makes us feel strong. We need nourishing food that gives us energy. We need rest. We need water. We need to take care of our bodies instead of constantly fighting against them.
So this week, let’s stop overthinking it.
✔️Follow the workout. Keep your meals simple. Move your body. Drink your water. Get outside when you can. And when you have an imperfect day, simply get back on track at the next opportunity.
One workout.
One healthy meal.
One good choice.
Then do it again tomorrow.
That is how we build a healthier life—not through perfection, but through the small things we are willing to do consistently.
This is Midlife Strong.
We aren't trying to go backward. We aren't trying to be younger than we are.
We're becoming stronger, healthier, more confident versions of ourselves right where we are NOW.
So let's make this week count.
Now is the time. Let's get started. 💪❤️
This Week's Simple Meal Plan (just ideas)
Breakfast: 2 eggs + avocado + fruit
Lunch: Big salad + chickpeas or beans + vegetables + olive
Dinner: Salmon, shrimp, tofu, or beans + vegetables + a small serving of rice, potato, or quinoa
Optional snack: Apple and nuts, hummus and vegetables, or fruit
Keep it simple. Repeat meals if that makes your week easier. There is no need to make healthy eating complicated.
