It’s HERE! After all the writing, reflecting, revising, and putting my heart onto these pages, Finding Forty & Beyond is officially published and ready to read!

I honestly couldn’t be more excited to share this book with you.

I started writing this book because I believe there is something incredibly special about this season of life. Turning forty, moving through your forties, and stepping into the years beyond isn’t about trying to turn back the clock. It’s about learning to appreciate who you are, where you’ve been, and who you are still becoming.

Our forties and beyond can be a time of growth, change, rediscovery, and a whole lot of learning. We may be navigating family, finances, friendships, faith, fitness, forgiveness, and figuring out what truly matters.

And somewhere in all of that, we can sometimes lose sight of ourselves.

Why should you read it?

Because maybe you’re feeling stuck, searching for direction, starting over, or simply wondering what this next chapter of life is supposed to look like.

Maybe you need a reminder that it’s never too late to make changes, find your purpose, strengthen your faith, take care of your body, protect your peace, or start something new.

Inside the book, we’ll explore:

  • Finding Forty: Embracing the season you’re in.

  • Food: Nourishing yourself and finding balance.

  • Faith: Trusting God’s timing and guidance.

  • Fitness: Moving because your body deserves care.

  • Friends: Surrounding yourself with meaningful connections.

  • Family: Loving others while remembering yourself.

  • Finances: Finding confidence and being intentional.

  • Forgiveness: Releasing what you no longer need to carry.

  • Freedom: Letting go of expectations and choosing what matters.

  • Future: Looking ahead with hope and purpose.

And there’s one more thing I want you to take away from this book: INNER PEACE.

Because as we move through life, we begin to realize that peace is worth protecting. We don’t have to chase every opportunity, please everyone, hold onto every disappointment, or force things that aren’t meant for us.

Sometimes aging well means letting go, trusting God, and finding contentment right where we are.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finding yourself again.

My hope is that you don’t just read this book and put it on a shelf. I hope you underline something, reflect on a few pages, ask yourself some questions, and maybe even make a few changes along the way.

I want you to Reflect. Reset. Rise.

Wherever you are in life, whether you’re approaching forty, already in your forties, fifty, sixty, or beyond, there is still so much life to live and so much good ahead.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for supporting my little corner of the world through Age Well With Addie.

I hope this book reminds you that you can age well, live intentionally, find your peace, and enjoy every stage along the way.

Come find your next chapter with me.

Together we can and will age well!

XOXO,

Addie, RN ❤️
