❤️Did I mention that my workouts have been super short lately?

❤️I used to spend hours to get a workout in. (Hours meaning I had an hour workout planned and had to keep stopping to check on kids= Some days it would take me all morning to exercise!)

❤️That required a lot of effort and frustration. I thought that in order to be healthy I had to be a slave to endless amounts of struggle when it came to working out.

❤️As the kids started growing up that kind of changed. I did not have extra time anymore. By the time I get them all up, dressed, lunches made, myself ready and out the door by 7:30 am, there was no room for HOUR LONG workouts anymore.

❤️Something had to give. I was starting to feel exhausted and wanted to go to bed by 7:00 pm every night. That doesn't work when you have homework, dinner to make, laundry to catch up on, books to read, and maybe a few minutes to myself.

❤️If I am going to be honest, it is all mental anyway. Yes, of course getting your heart rate up is good for you. BUT, if you are trying to lose weight, it is really all about what you're eating.

❤️That is why I came up with the 10 minute workout idea!

❤️You see, if you put even just TEN MINUTES of moving your body into your morning routine, you will MENTALLY WANT TO EAT BETTER. YOU will feel lifted and lighter in just those 10 minutes. It can and will change the outlook of your entire day! (You may even notice that each week you want to do a bit more!)

❤️You will see an almost instant shift on how you feel INSIDE that your OUTSIDE will reflect that HAPPY and LIFTED energy in no time at all!

1 Cup Fage Greek Yogurt

Form dough. Divide into 6 balls. Coat with olive oil. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
